Amplius Privacy Statement  

As part of the registration process, you will have read the IRIS Networx Recruitment privacy policy. We also need you to read how we process your application data for this vacancy. 

This Privacy Statement outlines how Amplius intends to use the information you provide in your application, along with your rights and our reasons for requesting it.

We collect the following information that is specifically provided by you as part of the application process (but not limited to): 

• Name, address, email, and telephone/mobile number. 

• CV (if applicable). 

• Answers to application questions and recruitment preference queries. 

• Equal opportunities monitoring information (special categories data) for statistical analysis, anonymised by default. 

• Any additional information you choose to provide in support of your application. 

By agreeing to this privacy statement, you are allowing us to collect information necessary to form a contract. This means  we can use your details and information presented by you to assess your suitability for employment with us and carry out our statistical analysis. 

Purpose for Collecting Your Information 

We collect and use your personal data based on the following legal bases: 

• Contractual necessity: To assess your suitability for employment and provide recruitment services. 

• Consent: To carry out anonymised statistical analysis and recruitment-related research. 

How We Use Your Information 

Your data will  be: 

• Stored securely on our systems and accessed by authorised personnel only. 

• Processed to assess your application, satisfy legal requirements and to communicate with you regarding the vacancy. 

• Used to comply with statistical analysis. 

Only if you are successfully recruited, we will upload your details to our personnel system. As a member of staff, you will sign a contract of employment and agree to additional terms on how your data is handled and stored. 

Our recruitment process requires that we contact the referees provided by you as part of our checks to ascertain suitability of employment. The content of the reference will not be shared without the referee's permission. 

Data Retention 

We will store your application data for 12 months after the vacancy has closed.  

Your Data Protection Rights 

You have the right to: 

• Request the erasure of your data (right to be forgotten) 

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information (right to rectification) 

• Obtain and reuse your data (right to data portability) 

• Object to the processing of your data (right to object) 

• Withdraw consent where applicable. 

• Access your data by making a Subject Access Request (SAR) 

• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). 

Accessing and Managing Your Data 

You can access, update, or withdraw your data through your candidate profile. The “Download Data” feature in your account allows you to generate an XML file of your data.
