The Vacancy

As a Repairs Coordinator at Amplius, you’ll support the Repairs team to keep our Responsive and Empty homes services running smoothly. You’ll help ensure work is completed on time, on budget and to the quality our customers expect. If you’re proactive, organised and looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!

💰Salary: £34,000 per year

📝Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, full time

⏰Your week: 36.25 (Monday – Friday 9am – 5.15pm)

📌Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in either our Rushden, Peterborough, Boston or Milton Keynes office

✨Snapshot of your role

Uphold all statutory health and safety requirements.
Deliver a professional, customer-focused service and handle enquiries promptly.
Support complaint investigations and provide timely, helpful responses.
Coordinate asbestos surveys, inspections and any follow-up works.
Manage customer improvement requests, permissions and consultation processes.
Maintain accurate IT records, including orders, variations, inspections and payments.
Assist with budget monitoring, contract performance, reporting and cross-team collaboration.

Strong literacy, numeracy and technical ability, with confidence using digital devices, software and ICT systems.
Able to maintain accurate, well-organised records with a focus on getting things right first time.
Clear, effective communicator with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Awareness of value for money and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
Ability to demonstrate a positive, inclusive approach, supporting others to thrive and reach their potential.
