Are you organised, detail-focused and experienced in providing administrative support? This is an exciting opportunity to join Amplius as a Development Delivery Assistant, supporting the delivery of new homes and working closely with Project Managers, customers, contractors and internal teams. You’ll play an important role in keeping projects moving, managing information and helping us achieve our development goals.

 

Salary: £29,215.20 per year

Contract: Permanent, full time

Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm

Location: Boston five days per week (office-based)

Snapshot of your role

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support across the Development Directorate, including diary management, preparing documents, managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare papers, take minutes and support effective coordination across the team and wider stakeholders.
  • Maintain filing systems, update project information and support Project Managers with document management, reporting and identifying missing information.
  • Coordinate development handover activities, including managing contractor documents, arranging deliveries and providing updates on progress.
  • Support the management of customer queries and defects by working with Project Managers, contractors and customers to ensure issues are followed up and communicated effectively.
  • Produce reports, complete required returns and monitor scheme progress during the Defects Liability Period to support successful project delivery.

 

What you’ll need to thrive in this role

  • A good level of education, including GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent through relevant training or experience.
  • Experience providing a full administrative service, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • A flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently, support colleagues and contribute positively to teamwork.
