Retrofit Administrator

 

Play a key role in helping us deliver energy-efficient homes for our customers. As a Retrofit Administrator, you'll provide vital administrative support to our Sustainability team, helping to coordinate retrofit projects, maintain accurate records and ensure we meet funding and compliance requirements. Salary: £27,661.20 per annum
Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Your week: 36.25 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5.15pm
Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in either our Rushden, Peterborough, or Milton Keynes office

Snapshot of your role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sustainability team, helping to coordinate retrofit and energy efficiency projects.
  • Maintain accurate project records, raise orders, manage documentation and update internal systems.
  • Work closely with contractors and internal teams to monitor project progress and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support reporting requirements, including preparing data, presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders and external funding bodies.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and help coordinate project activities across the team.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and support customer engagement activities when required.
  • Help ensure projects comply with funding requirements and relevant retrofit standards, including PAS 2030 and PAS 2035.

 

What you'll need to thrive in this role

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within housing, construction, property, retrofit or a similar environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records and project documentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
