The Vacancy
Join Amplius in a role where you can shape the sales journey and make a lasting difference to customers. As a Senior New Build Sales Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering hundreds of new homes each year, supporting colleagues, driving performance, and ensuring a smooth, compliant and customer-focused sales journey from launch through to completion.
Salary: £43,512 (plus car allowance £2,750.28)
Contract: Permanent, full time
Your week: 36.25 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5.15pm
Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Peterborough office. This role requires travel throughout Amplius’ area of operation (Midlands, East and Southeast of England.)
Snapshot of your role
Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring and support to New Build Sales Coordinators, acting as the first point of contact for complex cases
Manage the full sales lifecycle across multiple schemes, from launch through to legal completion and handover
Support planning, prioritisation and performance management across a high-volume sales programme, deputising for the manager when needed
Analyse sales data and performance metrics to drive improvements, reporting on KPIs, conversions and sales outcomes
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements, including the Capital Funding Guide, Shared Ownership Code and Section 106 agreements
Oversee scheme setup for marketing, including legal documentation, promotional materials and system updates
Build and manage relationships with internal teams, external agents, developers, solicitors and other stakeholders to achieve successful sales outcomes
What you’ll need to thrive in this role
Experience operating at a supervisory level within a high-volume new homes sales environment
Proven track record of selling Shared Ownership homes and managing sales through to legal completion
Strong knowledge of Section 106 agreements, Homes England requirements and the Capital Funding Guide
Experience using sales data and insight to improve performance and inform decision-making
Experience supporting compliance, audit or regulatory assurance activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
Ability to manage multiple schemes, prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence working independently and collaboratively
DBS clearance, a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel are all essential requirements for this role.
