Do you have experience supporting customers with arrears and complex queries? If so, this new opportunity as a Homeownership Advisor at Amplius could be the perfect role for you! You’ll play a key role in supporting homeowners, managing accounts, and navigating lease responsibilities. You’ll work closely with colleagues, customers, and external partners to deliver a responsive, high-quality service that supports sustainable homeownership.

 

Salary: £34,602.40 per year

Contract: Permanent, full time

Your week: 36.25 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5.15pm

Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in either our Rushden or Peterborough office

 

Snapshot of your role

  • Provide a customer-focused service, responding to homeowner enquiries in line with service standards
  • Monitor rent, service charges, and other income, supporting effective collection and meeting KPIs
  • Work with customers to agree repayment plans, offering guidance on affordability and available support
  • Interpret leases, transfer documents, and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as solicitors, lenders, local authorities, and advice services
  • Support legal processes, including preparing court documentation, issuing notices, and escalating cases where needed
  • Maintain accurate records and support colleagues with disputes, complaints, and complex homeownership queries

 

What you’ll need to thrive in this role

  • Experience working in an administrative role within a busy environment
  • Confidence using day-to-day IT systems (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Experience managing low-level arrears and supporting court-related processes
  • Experience handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints
  • Understanding of service charge queries for leaseholders or freeholders
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers across different channels
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure and manage challenging conversations around arrears

 

DBS clearance is required for this role.
