The Vacancy
Join Amplius as a New Build Aftercare Assistant! You’ll help ensure a seamless, customer-focused service during the defects liability period, providing essential administrative support, coordinating warranty claims, managing communications, and acting as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. If you’re organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
💰Salary: £15,558 (FTE £28,200)
📝Contract: Permanent, part time
⏰Your week: 20 hours across Monday to Friday - daily hours to be confirmed at interview
📌Location: Hybrid, with a regular presence in either our Peterborough, Boston or Lincoln office
