We’re expanding our Talent team! As our new Talent Sourcer, you’ll collaborate with our existing Sourcer and Talent Attraction Specialist to build strong talent pipelines, engage exceptional candidates, and keep our recruitment processes flowing seamlessly. 💰Salary: £39,800 per year

📝Contract: Permanent, full time

Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5pm)

📌Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in Milton Keynes office.

 

You’ll be supporting hiring managers across the business, so you’ll need to visit our other offices in Rushden, Peterborough, and Boston at least once a month each.

 

Snapshot of your role

  • Work with the Talent Attraction Specialist and hiring managers to understand roles and workforce plans
  • Source, engage, screen and interview candidates using a variety of tools and channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Align sourcing strategies with recruitment campaigns and track key metrics
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Coach hiring managers and contribute to recruitment projects and process improvements

 

👀What we’re looking for

  • Experienced in sourcing and engaging candidates, including hard-to-fill roles
  • Skilled with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and market mapping
  • Understands the recruitment lifecycle and how sourcing fits into it
  • Experienced in building talent pipelines and managing multiple roles
  • Knowledgeable about inclusive recruitment and creating a positive candidate experience
  • Strong communicator who works well with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, curious, and results-driven
